Aftermath of war in Europe - The West vs. the Global South
On 15 February 2023 from 12:00-14:00 CET, ECDPM and ETTG are hosting a discussion at the ECDPM Brussels office, with Len Ishmael, former Ambassador, Senior Fellow at the Policy Center for the New South and ECDPM programme. She will present her book 'Aftermath of war in Europe - The West vs. the Global South'. The book looks at how countries of the Global South view the current period of successive crises brought about by COVID-19 and the war against Ukraine.
Co-authors Christian Bachmeier and Kevin Verbelen, will provide specific geographic and thematic perspectives, and ECDPM’s Geert Laporte will facilitate the discussion.
