Strategy

Our current five-year strategy guides our work between 2022 and 2026. It spells out our ambition to remain a leading 'think and do tank' working for Africa-Europe relations. It sets out the challenges and opportunities we see in the world, and explains how our work contributes to five broad areas of change. 

Our management team and board of governors oversee the strategy, which is implemented by our workstreams and other departments. Yearly work plans help us organise our activities in line with the strategy.
