Background

The Adaptation Investment Summit for Africa 2026 (AISA 2026) is a high-level Pan-African convening designed to accelerate climate adaptation finance, enterprise resilience, and sustainable investment across Africa. The Summit will bring together policymakers, development finance institutions, investors, fund managers, enterprises, innovators, researchers, and ecosystem actors to explore practical pathways for scaling climate adaptation solutions and unlocking resilient economic growth.

Convened by Kenya Climate Ventures (KCV), the Summit comes at a critical moment when Africa faces increasing climate vulnerability alongside a significant financing gap for adaptation. AISA 2026 seeks to bridge the gap between capital, policy, innovation, and enterprise by creating a platform focused on action-oriented dialogue, strategic partnerships, investment mobilisation, and collaborative problem-solving.
