ECDPM’s contribution to the EU Open Public Consultation on the EU’s next long-term budget (MFF)

The ECDPM’s submission to the EU’s public consultation on future External Financing Instruments (EFIs) for the 2028-2034 multiannual financial framework (MFF) highlights lessons learned from NDICI-Global Europe, the EU Emergency Trust Funds, the EU’s strategic and diplomatic engagements, as well as the EU’s humanitarian support. It offers key recommendations to inform the design of its successor instrument.
