Biography


Pauline Veron is a policy officer working in ECDPM's European foreign and development policy, migration and mobility and peace, security and resilience teams.

Pauline specialises in the humanitarian-development-peace nexus and peacebuilding and conflict prevention, with a geographic focus on the Sahel and West Africa.

Pauline previously worked at the EU delegation to the international organisations based in Vienna (including UNIDO). Prior to this she completed an internship at the Council of Europe’s external relations directorate, where she worked on the participation of international organisations (EU, OSCE and UN) and non-member states in Council of Europe bodies and researched democracy, human rights and rule of law situations in specific countries in the Middle East and Central Asia.

Pauline has an undergraduate degree in political science from Sciences Po Strasbourg and master’s degrees in public administration and in international relations and regional integration processes from Sciences Po in Strasbourg.
