CIDOB’s Hannah Abdullah, Chatham House’s Karim Elgendy and ECDPM’s Hanne Knaepen examine climate vulnerabilities in urban areas in countries to the south of the EU and the wider Middle East and North Africa region, and look at how the European Green Deal can help cities in the region adapt to climate impacts based on a water-energy-food nexus approach.
