Biography


Pauline Veron is a policy analyst working in ECDPM's European foreign and development policy, migration and mobility and peace, security and resilience teams. She is ECDPM’s Representative in The Hague.

Pauline specialises in the humanitarian-development-peace nexus, with a geographic focus on the Sahel and West Africa. Pauline works flexibly across thematic areas, including human development, resilience-related topics, migration, and analyses the changes in the EU’s international cooperation agenda in these different policy areas. Pauline is the ECDPM representative in The Hague, where she liaises with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands and other stakeholders.

Pauline previously worked at the EU delegation to the international organisations based in Vienna (including UNIDO). Prior to this she completed an internship at the Council of Europe’s external relations directorate.

Pauline has an undergraduate degree in political science from Sciences Po Strasbourg and Trinity College Dublin, and master’s degrees in public administration and in international relations and regional integration processes from Sciences Po in Strasbourg.
