Biography
Madieye Ndour is a seasoned expert with over 13 years of experience in digital agriculture, remote sensing, and climate risk management. Based in Paris, France, he has successfully led complex projects across Africa, collaborating with international donors and aid agencies. As the founder of Agro-Concept, he developed innovative digital platforms and business models to enhance agricultural financing and risk management for thousands of farmers. Madieye holds a Master's in International Development Studies from the University of Paris Sorbonne. His work with ECDPM demonstrates a strong understanding of the financing models and mechanisms necessary to deploy space-earth observation, an area where the EU is expanding its partnerships in Africa, Latin America and Asia.
