Cascading climate risks: Towards adaptive and resilient european societies (CASCADES) – business and finance thematic workshop
On 29 March 2022, ECDPM’s San Bilal and Pamella Ahairwe acted as facilitators during the CASCADES thematic workshop on Business and Finance.

The workshop focused on cascading climate risks for business and finance and provides an opportunity to share insights about methodological advancements in the assessment of cascading climate physical risks for financial actors, and to discuss implications for climate policy and adaptation investments.
The workshop was divided into two interconnected sessions, the first one focused on metrics and methods for asset level climate stress test, and the second part focused on the policy response.
