J’ai fait partie des plus de 60 personnes qui se sont rendues à Lomé le mois dernier pour participer à l’atelier préparatoire de la conférence « ECOWAP+10 » qui aura lieu en novembre (17-19) à Dakar et dont l’objectif est de réviser et éventuellement ajuster l’ECOWAP, 10 ans après son adoption en janvier 2005 à Accra.
