This report captures the findings of an institutional evaluation of the European Centre for Development Policy Management (ECDPM), conducted between October 2015 and February 2016 by a team of four Agulhas evaluators with expertise in ECDPM’s key policy domains. It serves both learning and accountability purposes by looking back at the 2012-2016 strategic period in order to inform the next strategy, which is currently under development.
