Biography
Tony Land is based in Botswana. He has worked as an independent consultant for over two decades providing services to national governments, NGOs and international development cooperation partners in Africa and the Asia-Pacific regions. Tony works on themes relating to public sector reform, decentralisation and civic participation, as well as on broader issues of institutional transformation and organisational capacity development. He worked at ECDPM from 1993 till 2000 and was responsible for the design and development of the Centre’s Capacity Building programme for international cooperation
