Biography
Marc is a senior expert in development cooperation, with over 20 years of experience working with the EU and its member states, financial institutions for development, export credit agencies, and multilateral development banks (MDBs). The focus of his work is on development and blended finance for sustainable infrastructure and private sector development.
He has extensive experience working at EU level and in partner countries, in Africa (Central Africa) and Asia (Nepal), where his work related to identifying a pipeline of bankable projects that could be supported by EU tools such as the EFSD+ in the broader context of Global Gateway.
