Biography
Germain Gauthier is a trustee of Uptime Catalyst Facility, a foundation which pilots innovative results-based funding approaches for rural water maintenance services in emerging countries. He is the secretary-general Secretary General of Infralion Capital Management, a France-based regulated asset management company specialised in infrastructure investments, as well as a Senior advisor for projects and contracts financing at MEDEF International.
