Amagoin Keita (Associate)

Biography
Amagoin Keita is an experienced senior consultant with a background in the public policy industry. He is the executive director of Groupe ODYSSEE, an action-oriented research organisation based in Bamako, Mali, working on state reform, governance, pastoralism, fragility and peacebuilding.
Amagoin has over 25 years of work experience in governance, decentralisation, local development and institutional development. He has led and been part of numerous missions, in Mali and West Africa, formulating and evaluating policies, strategies, programmes and projects. He holds a postgraduate degree (DEA) in political science and government from the University of Paris 1 Pantheon Sorbonne.
