Ruth Jacoby

Biography

Ruth Jacoby is a member of ECDPM's board of governors. She is a former director-general for international development cooperation at the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, a member of the UN High-level Panel on System-wide Coherence, a former executive director of the board of the World Bank, and a former ambassador of Sweden to Germany and Italy.
