Biography


Roeland van de Geer is a member of ECDPM's board of governors since April 2023. He is active in a range of think tanks and non-governmental organisations in Africa and Europe and a former staff member of the Free University Amsterdam, the Dutch foreign ministry and the European Union. He served as ambassador to South Africa, Mozambique, Tanzania, the East African Community and Afghanistan.
