ECDPM’s Quentin de Roquefeuil discusses a new methodology, to assess the impact of OECD policies on food security in developing countries

Quentin de Roquefeuil sees the greatest utility of the methodology in providing structured evidence on how and to which degree OECD countries’ policies influence third world countries with their developing efforts – this could very well form the basis for key messages that focal points could float within their organisations.
