Pamphile Sebahara has a long standing relation with ECDPM. He worked for the last decade as the head of research and training for the International Conference on the Great Lake Region (ICGLR) in Zambia. Before that he was a research officer at Groupe de Recherche et Information sur la Paix et Sécurité (GRIP) in Brussels and technical advisor at the National Commission for Decentralisation in Burkina Faso. His areas of expertise are democratic governance, peacebuilding and conflict management, regional integration, natural resource management as well as youth unemployment as a driver of fragility in Africa.
