
Maëlle Salzinger
Biography
Maëlle Salzinger is a junior policy officer in ECDPM's Inclusive governance and accountability and Peace, security and resilience teams. She is also the gender focal point for the peaceful societies and accountable governance cluster.
Maëlle's work focuses on security and climate risks in the Sahel region, and on advancing gender equality and women’s participation, including in the peace and security domain.
Maelle holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in political science and international public management from Sciences Po Paris.
Before joining ECDPM, Maelle completed various internships, including at the gender and social inclusion desk of the consultancy firm Transition International. She also worked for the NGO M.A.Y. (Menstruation and You), and at a local administration in France.
