The conference ‘The Trade-Development Nexus: Europe and Asia Compared’ will take place in Brussels on Friday 29 August, 15.00-18.00 (the venue in Brussels will be communicated later). The conference brings together high-level and international practitioners and academics in order to explore and explain European and Asian experiences on the link between trade and development, both in bilateral and multilateral contexts.
The conference is organized in the context of the Sixth edition of the Euro-Asia Summer School on ‘EU – East Asia Bilateral and Multilateral Cooperation in Global Governance’ which is run by the Leuven Centre for Global Governance Studies in association with Hitotsubashi University (Japan) and Seoul National University (Korea).
ECDPM’s San Bilal will present a paper.
