Olivier De Schutter will complete his term as UN Special Rapporteur on the Right to Food, which began in 2008 in a crisis of food prices. In addition to the reports he made on the countries he visited, he presented fourteen thematic reports to the General Assembly and the Council of Human Rights. After the presentation of his final report in Geneva, he will draw the conclusions on his mandate in Brussels. The fight against hunger and malnutrition has changed more in the past six years than it ever did in the previous thirty years. What is its new face? What progress has been made? And what blind spots do remain?
