Development cooperation can more efficiently and effectively through the use of policy coherence

Woord en Daad Foundation have organised a special workshop for Dutch civil society organisations (CSOs), many of whom contributed to the 2015 ‘Coherence Monitor’, in which multiple Dutch foreign policies were judged regarding their coherence with development policies.

The goal of the seminar is to build capacity among Dutch CSOs about how PCSD could and should be the red thread in the implementation of the SDGs.

ECDPM’s Anna Knoll gave an overview of the transition from from Policy Coherence for Development (PCD) to Policy Coherence for Sustainable Development (PCSD).
