Tasnim Abderrahim


Tasnim Abderrahim, a Tunisian national, is a Research Assistant in ECDPM’s Africa’s Change Dynamics Programme in the framework of the Young International Professionals Programme. She was recruited in cooperation with the Centre des Etudes Méditerranéennes et Internationales (CEMI). She is currently based in Tunis.

Before joining ECDPM, Tasnim was a Project Coordinator for the German-Tunisian Research Project “Tunisia in Transition-International Relations”. In this role, she co-edited a book publication on Tunisia’s foreign policy and bilateral relations after the revolution. She particularly focused on the perception of American democracy promotion in Tunisia since 2011.

Tasnim holds a Master’s degree in English Language, Literature and Civilisation from the University of Tunis.
