The event will kick off with a public discussion on the European Consensus and Aid Effectiveness. ECDPM’s James Mackie will sit on the panel on the topic of ‘European development policies and aid effectiveness in the light of the SDGs: Do we need a shared impact and evaluation agenda?’
The focus of this years’ meeting will be development evaluation and research uptake. Besides panel discussions, we will work in a world café format to discuss trends in development studies influencing the role and activities of EADI as association.
The EADI Directors’ Meeting 2017 will once more connect research institutes for more effective co-operation by sharing ideas, identifying common problems and discussing new trends.
